Refund Policy
Due to the nature or our products and services we have a no refund policy on all services and products. All sales are final. Any delivery issues must be reconciled through supplier.
Order Processing
All orders placed on our website are subject to a processing time of up to two weeks (14 calendar days). This includes verifying order details, payment processing, and preparing your items for shipment.
Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping and Delivery
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional periods, or inclement weather), order processing and shipping times may experience further delays.
While we strive to meet our timelines, external factors such as increased demand and carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We recommend placing orders early during these times to ensure timely delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website
Cancellations/ Late
LATE
we have a to minute grace policy. After the 10 minute mark, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. After 48 hours, a new deposit is required.
RESCHEDULING
Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit. This must be within 30 days of your original appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO CALL NO SHOW
If client decides to cancel the deposit will be fortified.
No call/no show will result in a hold being placed on the clients profile. Client must pay
FULL BALANCE of previous appointment in order to book a new appointment.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
